Only 40 mins to Mt Buller also! We went up for snowboarding, about a 50min drive to Buller which flys by. The accommodation its self was very spacious and private with large comfy rooms and all the beds you may need! Apart from these little issues I will recommend this place to anyone. View from the lake is astonishing and felt very private.

It was sad that we couldn't stay more because of forthcoming bookings. We had a great stay in this house. Don't forget the apples and carrots for Tiger the donkey. Pet dogs were also friendly and wanted us to play with them. Can't wait to head back up with some more people. At one point it was so cold outside so ray made sure to provide us with extra wood for the fire inside and outside, yes two fires! Not to mention the stunning views and beautiful clean fresh tank water!! Special reason to book this place was the Donkey rides for children. The hosts were very welcoming. Other than that kids enjoyed the donkey and alpacas. However when we asked about this host replied donkey is not safe to be ridden. Only 45 minutes to Mt Buller.
